Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, dynamic,



and results‑driven RTR professional with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high‑quality financial outcomes aligned with business needs.
- This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners, particularly during critical close cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large RTR team, with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.
- Own and drive end‑to‑end Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A;) processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close (MEC), including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Handle internal and external audits effectively, addressing audit requirements and queries.
