Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
Good understanding of Transaction cost reporting and variance analysis.
Ensure daily BAU activities are completed accurately and timely, meeting relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensure provides support client reporting/sales team by attending client calls pertaining to cost & charges queries.
Ensure corrective actions identified as a result of incidents, breaches, near misses and external audits are fully completed.
Participate in various automation activities.
Propose solutions that could reduce time spent on BAU without affecting quality.

Perform variance analysis and cross checking of internal and external data
