To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor - Instrumentation within the Manufacturing team This position will be located in Pantnagar.
Our Team
The manufacturing function ensures that right products with right quality are delivered on time as per plan and within the defined resources. The major challenge is to achieve machine run targets with a focus on safety.
Their mission :
Coordinate with concerned production supervisors to have maximum and desired capacity production of required quality.
Should have knowledge process instrumentation- Pressure / temperature / flow transmitter, pH, conductivity, On-Off valve, Control valves etc.
Should be able to Perform safety interlock checking / calibration of instruments as per ISO calendar, preventive/predictive maintenance work of plant as per schedule.
Should be able to forecast for critical spares based on his engineering skills & to ensure availability of critical spares to reduce the breakdown time.
Should be able to maintain calibration & preventive maintenance records to adhere with the audit compliance.
To ensure the maintenance jobs are safely undertaken in line with work permit system.
Act as Quality Coordinator. Handle all audits related to Quality.
Ensure all dept. personnel follow safety precautions.
Daily checking and reporting of manpower (company / contract).
Maintain and update the logbook and equipment record sheets in CMMS.
Reporting to Manager for job done, status of pending jobs, break down if any and spare used.
Raise the indents for spare procurement especially spare drawn fro
