Job Summary
The Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager is a business-savvy analytics leader who can run multiple dashboard and reporting programs end to end across sales operations, revenue analytics, and executive business insights. This role requires robust hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and AI-enabled analytics, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable dashboards, self-service reporting solutions, and actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role will partner closely with Sales management, IT, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to define analytics requirements, manage delivery roadmaps, improve data quality, and drive adoption of business-critical dashboards. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with VP-level stakeholders while also guiding analysts and developers through requirements, SQL logic, Power BI design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.Job Requirements

Lead discovery discussions with senior business leaders to understand reporting priorities, success metrics,



decision workflows, and dashboard adoption goals
Manage multiple Power BI dashboard projects simultaneously, including intake, scope definition, prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and stakeholder communication
Strong Dashboard Designing skills for all the various levels of organization like SVP,VP and down to the Sales Rep Level.
Develop strong understanding of sales processes, SFDC data, pipeline management, forecasting, planning, quota, incentives, compensation, and marketplace transaction data across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Design and deliver scalable Power BI solutions using SQL, semantic models, DAX, dataflows, Snowflake or cloud data warehouse sources, and reusable reporting patterns
Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, governance, documentation, refresh reliability, access controls, and alignment between Power BI, SFDC, and source data systems
