Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities
1. People Management and Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and support teams across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, and .NET by ensuring clear goals, balanced workloads, solid collaboration, and continuous capability development.
2. Analytics technical leadership
Own and guide the technical implementation of Analytics solutions, including requirement analysis, KPI definition, data modelling, data extraction, transformation and loading, semantic layer design, dashboard/report development, performance optimization, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support.
3. Delivery steering across digital solution teams
Coordinate delivery priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple technology areas while ensuring predictable execution and measurable business outcomes.
4. Stakeholder and business alignment
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, global IT teams, project managers, product owners,



and technical teams to translate business needs into feasible, scalable, and value-driven digital solutions.
5. Performance development and capability building
Provide structured feedback, mentoring, onboarding support, skill development plans, and career guidance to strengthen both technical and behavioural capabilities within the team.
Delivery and governance
Establish and enforce delivery governance across Analytics and digital solution teams, including quality reviews, documentation standards, solution validation, release readiness, risk tracking, and operational handover.
Ensure that Analytics implementations are business-focused, technically sound, scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, and platform standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline) with 12+ years of relevant experience.
