We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager - Salesforce Process Management to lead Salesforce initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of projects and operational improvements. This role will bridge business and technology teams by driving requirement discussions, project planning, testing, deployment readiness, and user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess solid project management, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Salesforce delivery experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality execution and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, steering discussions, and stakeholder communications.




Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and mitigation plans.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, process discussions, clarification sessions, and solution reviews.
Analyze, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Translate approved requirements into actionable project plans and delivery priorities.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated, traceable, and understood by business and technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Solution Delivery
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver platform enhancements.
Review and prioritize enhancement requests, defects, and production support activities based on business v
