Overview
In this role, the ERP Finance Business Analyst will support the Corporate
Finance Systems team, including Infor ERPLN (Billing and General Ledger systems)
and related workflow applications, processes, and policies, ensuring that
financial systems efficiently provide timely support to global operations while
maintaining compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory
requirements.
The role will contribute to finance system enhancements, implementations, and
continuous improvement initiatives by identifying business requirements and
delivering effective solutions within the finance systems landscape.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus
* Ensure the availability and effective operation of core finance systems,
including Infor ERPLN and related workflow applications, by troubleshooting
issues and providing timely resolutions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance Systems function
to enhance system efficiency, performance, and user experience.

Operational Management




* Provide support to the Financial Accounting and Management Reporting teams
for month-end close, year-end close, ledger reconciliations, integrations,
taxation, and financial reporting requirements within finance systems.
* Support finance systems projects, including system enhancements,
modifications, deployments, and integrations with other business applications
and platforms.
* Proactively analyse and minimise system downtime in accordance with defined
SLAs within the Finance Systems Support Plan, ensuring appropriate business
continuity and disaster recovery arrangements are in place.
* Review, evaluate, and coordinate the application of critical system patches,
while supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Conduct feasibility assessments, high-level solution design, requirements
gathering, business case preparation, stakeholder approvals, and project
planning activities.
