Job Description
Concept Development for IT Systems & ProcessesDevelop and design system and process concepts in the Lead-to-Order (L2O) area, aligned with our overarching IT strategy (utilizing SAP CRM Sales Cloud as the core platform).Collaborate closely with central departments, cross-divisional teams (especially Bosch Digital and Global Services), and international Home Comfort (HC) business units.Assess IT market trends and evaluate business requirements to build highly integrative solutions (focusing on interfaces with S/4HANA, central customer master databases,



and material master data applications).Analyze, design, and economically evaluate solution pathways within our interconnected CRM subsystem landscape.Align technical solutions with internal departments, define service scopes for IT service providers/developers (such as Bosch Digital or SAP), estimate capacities, and manage agile project planning.Implementation & Realization Validate the functional performance of the SAP Sales Cloud solution and coordinate pilot testing in Germany, including the evaluation of test operations.Lead the deployment and implementation of recent IT systems and processes.Create, align, and coordinate critical steering and operational guidelines (e.g., operating manuals) to secure seamless system rollouts.Drive the continuous development of our CRM solutions based on international business needs and steer international rollouts in close alignment with ongoing S/4HANA projects.Operations &
