Key Objectives of this Role:
- Manage his/her team to drive accountability, design quality mindset, efficiency and people development.
- Assign resources from his/her team to each project under his/her responsibilities.
- Make relevant reporting of his/her team to the management.
- Ensure quality of deliverables from his/her team.
- Provide guidance and support to his/her team through organizational and cross-functional resources.
- Conduct weekly call
- Interface between engineering team and Customer
- Technical support to engineering team
