Role Overview:
Business Analyst is responsible for all types of analysis impacting various Business decisions like pricing ads, deals, inventory etc for all channels and will provide data-driven insights to improve business performance.

Results (what you will accomplish):
● Drive Business inputs and output growth improvement through data-driven insights for key business decisions for pricing, deals, advertisement spending etc.
● Transition as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all data-driven analysis and recommendations for Leadership
● Develop and maintain a Business analysis roadmap to influence all critical business functions (Pricing, Deals, Ads, Inventory, Content)

Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)



related to sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
● Conduct in-depth analysis to identify factors affecting sales conversion, customer retention, and overall e-commerce performance.
● Identify and present actionable pricing-related insights to optimize deals & promotional strategies.
● Utilize data-driven approaches to assist in content-related decision-making to influence conversion improvement.
● Proactively share inventory projections with the supply chain on requirements specific to pricing, deals experiments, and seasonality.
● Perform root cause analysis for business challenges and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
● Collaborate with data science and service provider teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
