The role is going to be responsible for development of doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured scientific informative training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures HCPs are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products.
- Contribute to technology reach & adoption goals in this segment through training initiatives across assigned product ranges.
- Ensure internal & external customer delight and help grow assigned category.
- Educate & make JJSV brands the preferred choice through training.
- Build and supervise opportunities for internal team members.
- Build in house training plan/s as per customer requirement and implement it.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers with the goal of improving category outcomes by assessment, critique and training.
