Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in identifying program bottlenecks and implementing effective mitigation strategies before delivery is impacted and in running Agile rituals, sprint planning, and road map execution to maintain team velocity.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into explicit, strategic updates for executive leadership.
- Ability to engage in architectural trade-offs and engineering discussions.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and build consensus across conflicting priorities.
- Ability to manage the execution of complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
