Primary Responsibilities

Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to translate business questions into analytical approaches and clear insights
Analyze complex, multi-source healthcare data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement across cost, quality, and growth
Synthesize findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations with a solid "so what" and quantified business impact
Partner with stakeholders in a matrixed COE environment to shape problem statements,



align on priorities, and drive adoption of insights
Communicate insights through compelling storytelling tailored to executive and operational audiences
Identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization
Support end-to-end analytical delivery, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development (as applicable), and results interpretation
Collaborate with data engineering and data platform teams to ensure data availability, quality, and usability for analytics use cases
Contribute to development of reusable analytical assets, frameworks, and best practices that scale impact across the COE
Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned to business context, with explicit assumptions and limitations
Continuously improve analytic approaches, streamline processes, and reduce low-value or redundant work
Support the development of data-driven decision making by educating stakeho
