Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in India. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support the company’s real estate initiatives. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor channel performance, and optimize campaigns using analytics and audience insights.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with marketing and business goals, engaging with online communities, responding to inquiries, and supporting digital campaigns, promotions, and events. The role also involves staying current with social media trends and best practices within the real estate and investment sectors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and community management.
Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize content and campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, paid social advertising, and lead generation.
Proficiency with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer) is an advantage.
