Role Description The SME (Subject Matter Expert) – English is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves designing and refining English curricula and lesson plans that align with CBSE and the school’s integrated program. Daily responsibilities include supporting classroom teaching, developing learning materials, conducting assessments,



and ensuring that instructional content meets defined academic standards. The SME English collaborates with teachers to enhance pedagogical practices, mentors educators on effective English teaching methodologies, and participates in academic reviews and training sessions. The role also includes coordinating with school leadership to improve language outcomes and contribute to enrichment activities such as workshops, clubs, and competitions.
