Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Co-Founder cum CTO cum Business Partner with Investment. While a strong technical anchor as CTO is essential, the core requirement is a true Business Partner mentality.



Building a startup means wearing multiple hats—from high-level strategy to fixing operational or technical bottlenecks on the ground—and requires someone who never hesitates to roll up their sleeves wherever needed.
The role involves leading the technology vision and roadmap, including architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of the platform and related tools. You will oversee engineering processes, build and mentor a technical team, and ensure that technology decisions align with business goals and scalability needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on product strategy, jumping in to resolve challenges across different functions, defining technical requirements, managing vendors or partners, and supporting key sales and marketing initiatives with technology solutions.
