Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Content Specialist to lead content creation and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role combines content strategy, copywriting, website development, AI-powered content creation, video production, and performance marketing.
You will be responsible for building engaging content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, educates users,
and supports business growth across our workforce management and service platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
* Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Create high-quality content for blogs, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
* Write compelling copy that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
Website & SEO
* Design, structure, and optimize website content and landing pages.
* Improve website user experience and conversion performance.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
* Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
