Role Description This is a full time, on-site manufacturing role based in Krishnagiri. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, supporting manufacturing processes for sheet metal components and assemblies, and adhering to quality standards and safety procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets,



performing basic equipment checks, and reporting issues or deviations promptly. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records, participating in continuous improvement activities, and following company policies and guidelines on workplace safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations skills, with an understanding of production workflows and shop-floor practices.
Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering skills, including basic knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in sheet metal and welding operations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new procedures quickly and support the onboarding of new team members.
