Role Description
The Operations Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role will be responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day business operations while ensuring smooth execution across multiple functions.
The Operations Executive will work closely with management, external partners, logistics providers,



and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational activities. The role includes shipment coordination, vendor follow-ups, reporting, documentation management, and supporting business initiatives.
This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain strong follow-up, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, B.Pharm, B.Sc., or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Logistics, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
B.Pharm candidates will be preferred due to the healthcare/pharmaceutical nature of the business.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
