Responsible for all technical aspects of RPA implementation projects/Maintenance & Support and other initiatives.
Either as an individual contributor or managing a team of RPA Analyst, support the client in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure recent RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Provide architecture guidance to the team working on RPA products/projects with strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security
Lead client interactions with various IT teams including, architecture, security, administration during pre-sales and implementation
Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to client by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operationa Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Own & develop RPA Practise manage training and partner technology accreditation of RPA team members.
