Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Bhiwandi

Reporting To: Nayana Kondvilkar

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and
proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities,
including invoice generation, e-Invoice (IRP) and e-Way Bill generation,
production scheduling, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal
candidate should have a basic understanding of GST compliance, production
planning, and strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth
business operations.

Key
Responsibilities

· Generate customer invoices
accurately and within defined timelines through the ERP system.

· Create and process e-Invoices
(IRP) in compliance with GST regulations.

· Generate e-Way Bills for
dispatches and ensure statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with the production
team for effective production scheduling based on customer orders and delivery
commitments.

· Monitor order status to ensure
timely production,



dispatch, and delivery.

· Coordinate with Stores,
Logistics, Sales, and Accounts teams for seamless order processing.

· Maintain accurate records of
invoices, e-Way Bills, dispatch documents, and production schedules.

· Verify customer purchase orders
and ensure accurate billing before dispatch.

· Resolve invoice, documentation,
and dispatch-related issues promptly.

· Prepare and maintain daily,
weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to operations.

· Ensure compliance with company
policies, GST regulations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce,
Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in
operations, invoicing, production coordination, or a similar role.

· Experience in a manufacturing
company will be an added advantage.
