We are looking for a seasoned Database SME with deep expertise in Oracle, MariaDB, and MongoDB to
lead our database strategy and operations. If you have extensive experience in high-availability systems
and cloud environments, this role is for you

What You'll Do:
✅ Design and manage high-availability Oracle environments (RAC, ASM, Data Guard)
✅ Implement and optimize MariaDB & MongoDB replication, backup, and performance
✅ Lead DR setup and cloud migration strategies (AWS/Azure)
✅ Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible)
✅ Monitor database performance using Grafana, Recent Relic, or APM tools




✅ Provide strategic guidance on database architecture and best practices
Tech Stack Requirements:
✔️ Oracle – RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, Performance Tuning
✔️ MariaDB & MongoDB – Installation, Replication, Backup & Optimization
✔️ Cloud Platforms – AWS or Azure
✔️ Scripting & Automation – Shell/Python, Terraform/Ansible
✔️ Monitoring Tools – Grafana, New Relic, APM
Ideal Candidate:
⭐ 10+ years of hands-on database administration and architecture
⭐ Proven experience in high-volume, real-time systems (Telecom domain a plus)
⭐ Strong knowledge of high availability, DR setup, and cloud databases
