Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Filing Claims:
a) Filing claims daily as per data shared by WH teams within TAT of the resp. channel partners (Flipkart, Amazon,Cocoblu, Myntra)
b) Keep tracking for all the Incident id for claims for the status of approval or rejected.
c) Verify and cross-check transactional records, such as sales orders, invoices, returns, claims and payment receipts.
d) Follow up with partners for approved claims payments
e) Collaborate with relevant teams, such as finance, sales, reco team,WH team, Staqu team, to obtain necessary information and validate transactions.

2. MIS Data:
a) Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on reconciliation results, highlighting any discrepancies or concerns.
b) Provide weekly updates to the management and stakeholders regarding the status of claims.

3. Other:

a) Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
