Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with premium architects, interior designers and specifiers in the tile and building materials industry in Hyderabad. This role involves driving sales, promoting company's premium tile collections, and securing specifications for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the architecture and design community, a deep understanding of the premium surfaces industry, and a strategic approach to business development.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development & Account Management:
- Identify, engage, and manage key architects, interior designers, and developers for project-based sales.
- Develop long-term relationships with top-tier architecture firms to ensure Nexion is the preferred brand for premium tiles.
- Manage key accounts, track project pipelines, and ensure seamless execution from specification to order fulfillment.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:




- Achieve sales targets by securing specifications and driving direct sales through architects and developers.
- Present and promote Nexion's tile solutions for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality service, and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on architect and client preferences.
- Develop strategies to position Nexion as a premium choice for luxury projects in Mumbai.
- Networking & Brand Building:
- Participate in architect and design community events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and presentations for architects and design firms.
- Build and maintain a solid industry network to generate new business opportunitie
