Overview





We are seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core product within the Descrial Platform, a multi-tenant work execution system purpose-built for Private Equity workflows spanning Fund Origination to Exit. This role is focused on building a scalable, configurable, and AI-enabled platform that orchestrates complex workstreams, standardizes execution, and drives transparency across PE operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery progress effectively to cross functional stakeholders including leadership, engineering, and service delivery teams

Translate customer needs and Private Equity workflows into transparent, structured product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, workflows, mockups, and acceptance criteria

Define and manage epics, user stories, and backlog with strong attention to clarity, completeness, and execution readiness

Prioritize product roadmap and features based on business impact, customer value,
