D Key Result Areas

Interact with Tata Capital’s cluster head & employees of branches mapped directly

·Provide guidance &support; to TATA AIA KAMs and all stakeholders in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve etc





·Maintain positive relationship with Tata Capital’s Cluster Head - interact with him regularly to assess business status. Take help from them to push & motivate them to maintain productivity

·Visit and maintain regular interaction with all relevant stakeholders at partner branches mapped

·Ensure that they are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets

·Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to foster sales for the company and mmaintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner

Manage KAMs mapped to him to help them achieve sales targets

·Ensure that KAM meet their respective targets which will promote them to the next level

·Nurture talent and high performers

Ensure achievement of attachment targets

·Ensure attachment targets are met across all loan types.
