Key Responsibilities
•
Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system.
•
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues.
•
Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement.
•
Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with advanced Excel experience.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with Fuel accounting operations and Inventory reconciliation is a plus.
