Are you a seasoned Marketing Technology or Marketing Automation professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Sales Cloud?

We’re looking for an experienced qualified to lead marketing automation initiatives and drive transformation across the MarTech ecosystem.

? Role Highlights
- Lead marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Sales Cloud
- Design and optimize Customer Journeys, lead management, lead scoring, nurture programs, segmentation, and campaigns
- Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Privacy & Compliance teams
- Drive platform enhancements, integrations, governance, and MarTech best practices
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and user adoption

? What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology,



Marketing Automation, CRM, or Marketing Operations
- Strong expertise in SFMC — Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder
- Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, solution design, and MarTech ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with lead management, customer journeys, and marketing automation programs
- SFMC Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL & AMPscript preferred

? Location: Pune — Hybrid (2 days work from office)

? Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM IST
