Job Purpose
Drive home loan sales through team and channel management to achieve monthly targets. Ensure cross-sell of insurance, CASA, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Logins for Home Loans
Achieve annual login targets of 648.
Coordinate with HDFC Ltd for IT and file logging issues.
Meet 10 customers monthly and update CRM.
Arrange lead generation activities and channel training.

Achieve Disbursal Targets
Achieve annual disbursal target of 324 units.
Coordinate with HDFC Ltd for post-sanction documentation.
Engage with customers for disbursal formalities.

Drive RM, PB, KCM-CSRM, and DSA Activation
Achieve activation targets for mapped RMs, KCM-CSRM, and DSAs.
Conduct product training and update on offers.
Engage DSAs for lead generation and business improvement.





Drive Insurance Penetration
Achieve 1.25% of disbursal target for insurance.
Coordinate with HDFC Life and HDFC ERGO for penetration.
Conduct periodic insurance training for the sales team.

Drive CASA and Credit Card Cross-Sell
Achieve annual CASA target of 216 units and credit card target of 120 units.
Train sales team on CASA and credit card cross-sell.
Engage external and internal customers for cross-sell opportunities.

Engage with Branches for Target Achievement
Achieve YTD branch targets with 80% branches meeting goals.
Attend branch meetings and review lead quality.
Conduct product training and engage in catchment area activities.

Drive HBL Productivity
Ensure one fresh unit disbursal per executive monthly.
Conduct joint visits and team training.
Review team size, hiring, and training needs.

Education:
Graduate in Sales; Post-graduation preferred.
