We
are looking for a seasoned Institutional Sales Professional to manage and grow
FYERS' relationships with domestic mutual funds. The ideal candidate will act
as the primary account manager for a portfolio of institutional clients
building trust with CIOs, fund managers, and research analysts, translating
client investment philosophies into actionable coverage, and coordinating
seamlessly across research, trading, and dealing desks to deliver a superior
client experience.

This
is a high ownership, client facing role suited to someone who combines strong
market judgment with the ability to build and sustain long term institutional
partnerships and who's excited to help build out a fast-growing institutional
franchise from a challenger position in the market.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Strong,
demonstrable relationships with domestic mutual fund CIOs, fund managers, and analysts.
- Sound
understanding of equity markets, macro themes, and sector dynamics.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills ability to build trust based, long
term relationships.
- Strong




coordination and stakeholder management skills across research, sales trading, and dealing teams.
- Commercially
driven with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue share from existing and new accounts.
- High
ownership mindset comfortable being the "face" and accountable owner
of the client relationship.
- Ability
to work under pressure and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.

What
We're Looking For:
- 5–7
yrs of experience in Insti Equity Sales with a large Institutional Broking
house.
- Solid
and demonstrable relationships with Domestic Mutual Funds.
- Established
network among CIOs, Fund Managers, Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts.
- Strong
understanding of equity markets, institutional investing and research.
- Ability
to understand different investment styles and client requirements and
provide relevant ideas and insights.
