Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications for real-time workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in ReactJS, a deep understanding of performance optimization, and the ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect,
production-ready user interfaces.
You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, high-performance web experiences across browsers and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications for real-time workflows
- Build user interfaces using ReactJS as the primary framework, while adapting to other JavaScript frameworks when required
- Convert designer-provided specifications into pixel-perfect, production-accurate UIs, ensuring exact layouts, spacing, typography, and interactions
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent visual fidelity across browsers and devices
- Integrate real-time data using WebSockets and collaborate with backend services using gRPC
- Architect and maintain advanced state management solutions, including:
- Caching strategies
- Local and session storage usage
