Essential Job Functions:
- Lead SAP QA activities across OTC, Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance functional areas.
- Understand business requirements and perform Fit/Gap analysis to define test scope and coverage.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP functional and integration testing.
- Attend design workshops and review Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) to understand business and system requirements.
- Set up and manage test plans and test labs for functional, integration, and UAT test cycles.
- Develop requirements mapping and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete test coverage.
- Lead end-to-end test management activities,



including planning, execution, tracking, defect follow-up, and reporting.
- Execute test scripts during functional and integration test cycles across SAP modules.
- Coordinate UAT test cycles with business and IT analysts and track UAT execution and outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness, execution, issue resolution, and timely completion of testing activities.
- Conduct regular testing meetings, status reviews, report-outs, and stakeholder communications.
- Perform SQA activities in accordance with established quality processes and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain necessary QA documentation, test artifacts, test reports, and execution records.
- Support testing activities in accordance with SDLC and PMF processes.
- Work effectively across Waterfall and Agile project environments.
