n## About the Role
nWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented *Inside Sales Executive* to join our growing sales team.
nThe candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software products, scheduling demos, following up with prospects, and helping convert opportunities into customers.
nYou will primarily work on selling our SaaS and enterprise software solutions.

- Generate and qualify leads through *cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online enquiries*n
- Contact potential customers and introduce our software solutionsn
- Understand customer business requirements and identify the right product/solutionn
- Schedule and coordinate product demos with interested prospectsn




- Conduct basic product presentations and demonstrations after trainingn
- Follow up consistently with leads until closuren
- Maintain lead information, follow-ups and activities in CRMn
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersn
- Send proposals, quotations and product information to prospectsn
- Work closely with the management and technical team during the sales processn
- Achieve monthly lead generation, demo and sales conversion targetsn
- Research potential companies and target industries for outbound salesn
- Re-engage old leads and identify new business opportunitiesn

- *0–2 years of experience* in Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, SaaS Sales or B2B Salesn
- Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcomen
