Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive HR professional to join our organization in Mysuru, India. In this strategic role, you will lead all human resources functions and serve as a key business partner to senior management. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, demonstrating the ability to drive organizational excellence through effective people management and strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce




- Design and implement performance management systems that foster employee development and accountability
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business transformation
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
