Role overview:

Highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solutioning, implementation and support of Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate shall have a solid background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Applications (specially Dynamics 365).

· Role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement in ongoing operations. Passionate about technology, have a track record of successful project delivery,



and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

§ Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects

§ Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

§ Work closely with vendors, developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure that the solution meets business needs and delivers value to the organization.

§ Manage project risks, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior management.

§ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management proactively

§ Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design sessions

§ Drive continuous improvement

§ Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer

§ Manage People
