Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Job Description:
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, primarily in the Customer Service module.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and end-to-end CRM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with case management, queues, routing rules, SLA, entitlements, knowledge management, and Business Process Flows.
- Experience configuring forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and CRM workflows.
- Valuable understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, JavaScript, and plugin-based customizations.
- Experience in functional/integration testing, UAT planning, stakeholder communication, and user training.
- Ability to prepare FDDs, user stories, test scenarios, and functional documentation.
- Experience supporting production deployments, release management, and post-go-live activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience will be an added advantage.
