About your role

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership At Scale:
- Strategic Architecture: Design enterprise-wide CI/CD ecosystems, GitOps frameworks, and self-service developer platforms.
- Security Integration: Embed automated security controls, policy-as-code, and supply chain security (SBOMs,



artifact signing) into workflows.
- Governance & Compliance: Align engineering platforms with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management protocols.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, lead threat modeling, and drive adoption of cloud-native best practices.

AI Adoption and Innovation :
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI-assisted engineering workflows demonstrating measurable impact on quality and throughput.
- Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications (chatbots, copilots, knowledge database)
- Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI developer tools across the organization, coaching teams to integrate them into their daily workflows.
- Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement sessions on AI adoption and emerging AI-assisted practices.
