This role focuses on growing business results by managing distributors and customers effectively, supporting steady and long-term growth in the assigned area
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Study the market to find new business opportunities and understand where growth is possible.
· Understand customer needs & help build strong, long-term relationships.
· Suggest the right products and solutions by matching customer needs with what the company offers.
· Grow the business through dealers and distributors by selecting, training, and supporting their sales teams.
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
§ Graduate or higher
§ Academically throughout 60% & above
Communication & Language Proficiency
§ Good communication skills (Written and Oral) – English and Local language
Computer Skills
§ Proficient in MS Office
Communication & Language Proficiency
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills
§ Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others
