Job Description – SAP MM Consultant (Vertex Integration)

Role Overview

The SAP MM Consultant will design and configure procurement (P2P) processes integrated with the Vertex tax engine and SAP DRC. The role ensures accurate tax calculation and compliance across procurement and vendor invoice transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Design

• Configure and manage end-to-end MM processes, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR).

• Ensure seamless integration with FI for financial postings.

• Focus on P2P lifecycle activities and related tax implications.

2) Vertex Tax Integration Support

• Ensure accurate tax calculation for procurement transactions and vendor invoices.

• Validate integration between SAP MM and the Vertex tax engine.

• Support mapping of procurement data to tax engine inputs.
