General Manager (GM) - FMCG Sales
nLocation : Arookutty
nExperience : 10 plus years
nSalary : 18 LPA max
nQualification: Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). Excellent communication
nskills in English (spoken and written).
nExperience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.
nExperience in food ingredients, seasoning, Spices, Flavors, related industries preferred.
nKey Responsibilities:
n Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
n Lead and manage the sales team across regions.
n Identify new business opportunities and key customers.
n Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.
n Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
n Prepare sales forecasts,



budgets, and business plans.
n Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams.
n Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
n Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations.
n Train and motivate the sales team for better performance.
nRequired Skills:
n Strong leadership and team management abilities.
n Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
n Fluency in English is mandatory.
n Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems.
n Ability to travel for business development activities.
