Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Tandem Cobol.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring they meet current business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document development processes, code changes, and application functionalities.

Mandatory Skills:
