Summary

The Analyst, IT Solutions will collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements, and work with various IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Provide support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP and local applications) and participate in IT projects.

Detailed Description

● Execute automated test suites across multi-tiered application environments and maintain test script integrity.
● Analyze test runs, perform root cause analysis (RCA) on failures, and log detailed defect reports for engineering teams.
● Manage, configure, and maintain Virtual Machines (VMs) and local/remote test environments to support continuous automation testing.





Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

Technical Skills - Ability to run, modify, and troubleshoot/debug automated test scripts independently.
System & Setting - Familiarity with Virtual Machine (VM) environments and system landscapes required for test execution.
Preferred Tooling - Experience with Worksoft Certify is highly desirable (plus point).
Core Competencies - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
