JOB PURPOSE
· As the Team Leader in the student advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, mentoring, and leading a team of student advisors. Your primary responsibility is to manage the team's performance, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will conduct quality checks and audits on their work, monitor protocol adherence,



and report to senior management to drive the team's success.
