Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Senior Salesforce Engineer. In this position, the individual will design, configure, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, flows, and integrations with external systems. The role includes gathering and refining requirements with business stakeholders, translating them into technical designs, and implementing best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.

Engineer will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing Salesforce applications, and guide junior team members through code reviews and technical mentoring. Collaboration with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs is expected.

Qualifications





- Strong Salesforce platform skills (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or equivalent) and experience designing end-to-end solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts).
- Experience with systems integration, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools, and familiarity with data modeling and migration within Salesforce.
- Ability to work with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Strong skills in testing, debugging, and performance optimization, including unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to secure coding practices.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to development standards and best practices.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, Application Architect) are highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Background in digital transformation or SaaS implementation projects and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
