- Clinical Management: Directing the immediate stabilization and ongoing evidence-based treatment of critically ill patients with multi-organ failure.
- Procedural Expertise: Performing and supervising high-risk bedside interventions, such as endotracheal intubations, central venous catheterization, and arterial line insertions.
- Team Leadership: Overseeing Junior Residents and nursing staff to ensure protocol adherence, effective ward rounds, and seamless 24/7 patient monitoring.
- Crisis Intervention: Leading "Code Blue" or Rapid Response teams and making rapid, definitive decisions during life-threatening patient decompensation.
- Communication: Facilitating complex family meetings to discuss goals of care, prognosis, and end-of-life decisions with empathy and clarity.
Preferred candidate profile M.D/DNB Anesthesia or CTCCM/IDCCM with relevant experience in Healthcare
