About the Role: We are looking for a production professional with hands-on experience in PEB, structural steel, or heavy steel fabrication. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of shop-floor operations, production planning, workforce management, and quality-focused manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, stores, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and production efficiency.




- Ensure production activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement measures to improve productivity.
- Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in production within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong shop-floor management and coordination skills.
