- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or related discipline
- Work requirement: Regular travel and on-site presence at third-party manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Third-party production: Plan and supervise trial, validation, and commercial batches; verify raw material, equipment, utility, manpower, and production readiness before execution.
- Technology transfer: Prepare transfer packages covering process instructions, material specifications, equipment requirements, critical process parameters, in-process controls, and acceptance criteria; train vendor teams.
- Scale-up and troubleshooting: Translate laboratory and pilot processes to plant scale, assess equipment compatibility, and resolve reaction, work-up, isolation, filtration, drying, and yield-related issues.
- Batch validation: Coordinate approved validation protocols, batch execution, sampling, results review, and report preparation with R&D;, production, QC, and QA.
- BMR and BPR: Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records; ensure accurate entries, material reconciliation, traceability, and closure through the applicable approval process.
