Position Summary /n We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Senior Principal / Principal to lead the CBSE School from Nursery to Grade 12 and the Maharashtra State Board Junior College for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams. /n The role will be responsible for academic excellence, student outcomes, admissions growth, staff development, institutional operations, compliance, and financial performance. /n Key Responsibilities /n 1.

Campus Leadership: /n /n

- Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence and holistic student development.

/n

- Oversee the CBSE curriculum from Nursery to Grade 12 and Maharashtra State Board (HSC) curriculum for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts.

/n

- Monitor teaching-learning, assessments, academic results, and improvement plans.

/n

- Ensure effective preparation for Board and competitive examinations.

/n

- Promote innovative, experiential, technology-enabled, and outcome-oriented education.

/n

- Coordinate closely with the MIT VGS Head Office team on academic, administrative, HR, admissions, finance, and institutional matters.

Admissions & Business Growth: /n /n

- Lead admissions strategy and achieve enrolment targets.

/n

- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.

/n

- Drive counselling, parent engagement, campus visits, marketing, and outreach initiatives.

/n

- Support sustainable enrolment and revenue growth.

/n /n 3.

Operations & Administration: /n /n

- Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations.

/n

- Ensure standards of infrastructure, safety, security, and compliance.

/n

- Oversee facilities, transport, food services, vendors, and support functions.

/n

- Ensure effective resource utilization and smooth campus functioning.





/n /n 4. Financial & P&L; Management /n /n

- Take overall ownership of campus Profit & Loss (P&L;).

/n

- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial performance.

/n

- Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational costs.

/n

- Ensure financial discipline and effective resource allocation.

/n /n 5.

Academic Excellence: /n /n

- Ensure strong execution and effective implementation of the curriculum across all grades and streams.

/n

- Drive a learner-centric and outcome-oriented academic approach.

/n

- Mentor teachers and monitor teaching quality and student performance.

/n

- Drive academic improvement and effective Board examination preparation.

/n

- Possess robust knowledge of JEE and NEET.

Compliance & Governance: /n /n

- Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and Maharashtra State Board (HSC) regulations applicable to the Junior College.

/n

- Ensure compliance with NEP 2020 and applicable statutory requirements.

/n

- Maintain academic, administrative, and statutory records.

/n

- Coordinate inspections, audits, and accreditation activities.

/n

- Ensure high standards of discipline, safety, and child protection.

Staff Leadership & Development: /n /n

- Lead recruitment, performance management, training, and professional development in coordination with HR.

/n

- Ensure effective workload allocation, timetabling, accountability,



and resource utilization.

/n

- Build a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

/n /n 8.

Student Development: /n /n

- Ensure a safe, inclusive, disciplined, and student-centric environment.

/n

- Monitor attendance, discipline, academic progress, and student wellbeing.

/n

- Promote sports, co-curricular activities, Olympiads, competitions, leadership, mentoring, and counselling initiatives.

/n /n Educational Qualification /n /n

- Master's Degree in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics.

/n

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.

/n

- Additional qualification in Educational Leadership / Academic Administration will be an advantage.

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 10+ years of experience in teaching and academic administration.

/n

- 8+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership / Principal role in a reputed CBSE School and/or Junior College.

/n

- Experience managing CBSE and/or Maharashtra State Board institutions will be preferred.

/n

- Proven track record in academic excellence, competitive examination outcomes, admissions growth, staff performance, and institutional effectiveness.

/n

- Experience in budgeting, and campus operations will be an advantage.

/n

- Salary Budget: Up to 24,00,000 per annum, based on experience and suitability for the role.
