Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations for immigration and visa consulting services. This role includes managing daily workflow, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Manager will lead and mentor operational teams, allocate resources, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and service quality. The role involves collaboration with consultants, sales, and management to align operations with business goals, maintain service standards,



and support strategic growth.

Qualifications

- Solid operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in team leadership, staff mentoring, and resource planning within a service-oriented or consulting environment.
- Knowledge of immigration or visa consulting processes, preferably related to Canada, and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of operational tools or CRM systems to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client service skills, with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet operational targets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior operations role in consulting, professional services, or a similar industry is highly preferred.
