Position: Senior Operations Executive

Experience: 3+ years in Travel & Tourism Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international tours.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, hotels, transporters, DMCs, and other service providers.
- Prepare and manage itineraries, quotations, bookings, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and provide timely operational support.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Visa, Finance, and Accounts.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, last-minute changes, and operational issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers and clients.




- Guide and support junior operations team members.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience in travel/tour operations.
- Robust knowledge of travel operations and destination handling.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software/CRM tools.
